Thank you to everyone who’s made a donation to the trust to date and of course, we always welcome further donations. There are several easy ways to do that.
Direct online donations from your bank account can be made through ‘Wonderful‘ by using the button link below. This secure platform sends you an email with a link that connects you to your ‘phone banking app. (Or you can use a laptop if you have your bank login details handy) It’s very low cost in fees to us (Maximum 12 pence, no matter how big your donation! ) and YOU don’t pay any fees either. If you are a UK tax payer it is also possible to apply ‘Gift Aid’ to your donation, increasing its value by 25%.
One-off, or regular monthly donations can be set up on the ‘Give as you live‘ platform. This can also be Gift Aided if you’re a UK tax payer. You can choose whether to add the low-cost fees to your donation, or to allow GAYL to take them out of your donation. Click on the button below and follow the instructions.
A great way of making regular donations at no cost to yourself is by creating a free “Give to Live” account. By doing your normal online shopping at any of the 4,200 retailers available, including most large well known stores, a small percentage of your bill is automatically donated to the trust. You can even buy store/gift cards through the site. Please create your free account here.
If you would like to make a ‘one off’ or regular monthly donation directly to our bank account through online banking please contact us for the details you will need. Of course, this will mean that neither you, nor us, will pay any fees out of your donation, thus 100% of it will be used to support young people.
Cheques, payable to ‘Ed Kent Charitable Trust’ can be sent to 94 North Street, Bere Regis, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 7LD
We also feature in a book called ‘No Presents Please‘, promoted by Only4Good. This enables you to donate to us in place of a birthday or Christmas present for someone. Details available by clicking here
Donations ‘in kind’ are also welcome of course, such as the banners and labels received from fastlables.co.uk
