The only data collected through our website is that given by applicants via the “Apply for a Grant” page. That data is shared between the trustees, named on the contact us page, for the purposes of considering the merits of that application. None of the data is made available to anyone else for any purpose.

How long we retain your data

Applicants data is kept for a period of three years after their most recent application, unless the applicant specifically requests that we delete it.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

Applications are administered through and applicants data is retained on that platform, accessible only through the use of a password. pdf copies of the application forms are circulated to the trustees for their consideration, after which the trustees will delete such files from their devices.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the event of a date breach all previous applicants will be contacted with details of the breach and what data we understand to have been breached. Such an event will also be reported to the Charity Commission.
